The 2021 Lexus UX features a new rear cargo, adjustable double-decker board in all UX Hybrid models, standard Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA) on both gas and hybrid UX models, updated trial periods for Lexus connected technologies, color changes, and an improved accelerator response on the UX 200. Color Changes

• Autumn Shimmer (4X2) exterior paint color is no longer available – didn’t see too many of these in the first place
• Silver Lining Metallic (1J4) exterior paint color is no longer available
• NEW COLOR: Grecian Water (8Y6) – more on this later

Exterior Updates

• Auto-dimming (electrochromic) function dropped for the passenger-side mirror on Luxury styles – Luxury style isn’t very common as of right now either way
• Door handle courtesy lamps discontinued

Interior Updates

• Rear seat USB charging ports changed from USB-A to USB-C
• Newly available adjustable rear cargo double-decker board for UX 250h models

Lexus Connected Service Updates

• Lexus Enform Remote now includes a complimentary three-year subscription
• Lexus Enform Service Connect is now complimentary for 10-years
• Lexus Enform Destination Assist now complimentary for the first three years of ownership
• Complimentary Lexus Enform App Suite 2.0 app including Amazon Alexa compatibility

The 2021 Lexus UX is available in two model options: the front-wheel-drive UX 200 that is powered by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine coupled with a 10-speed Direct Shift Continuously Variable Transmission, and the all-wheel-drive UX 250h that comes with an even higher-efficiency version of the 2.0-liter gas engine with a fourth-generation Lexus hybrid drive system that has been engineered specifically for this model platform.

The 2021 UX 200 delivers 169 horsepower with the combined fuel economy of 29 MPG and starts at around $32,900 – or $36,100 as they are more commonly built for sale. The 2021 UX 250h delivers 181 total system horsepower with an impressive 41 MPG combined fuel economy and starting price of around $35,100 – or $39,200 as the UX hybrid is commonly built for sale. Both models are available in the popular F SPORT style featuring an exclusive sport-tuned suspension and expressive exterior design.
